Alyssa Kalams, MSN, AGNP-C, PN1
About
Alyssa graduated summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University, earning her Master of Science in Nursing and is board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her academic journey began at Tulane University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a minor in Sociology.
After her undergraduate studies, Alyssa attained a nutrition coaching certification through Precision Nutrition and began working closely with clients to achieve their personal health and wellness goals. This experience ignited her desire to further her education and led her to pursue an advanced degree in nursing.
As a nurse practitioner, Alyssa employs a holistic approach to patient care, integrating nutrition and lifestyle strategies to promote overall well-being. She has a special interest in skin health and has completed additional training in integrative dermatology through LearnSkin.
