Anne Kennard is an obstetrician/gynecologist, integrative medicine physician, nutrition expert, herbalist and mom to a toddler. She is passionate about women's health in the body, mind, and spirit. She works as an OB/GYN and is the Director of Integrative Medicine and Physician Wellness Officer for Dignity Central Coast. She enjoys speaking and teaching on women's Integrative Medicine, Food as Medicine, and herbal medicine topics around the country, and her first book is expected in July 2019. After finishing Medical School and Dermatology Residency at the University of Wisconsin, Dr. Bodemer completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona. She was the first Dermatologist to be board certified in both Dermatology and Integrative Medicine and currently is the only Dermatologist to serve on the Integrative Medicine Board. She has authored academic texts and curriculum and has spoken widely on a variety of topics related to Integrative Dermatology. She has always been drawn to exploring how lifestyle choices impact skin health and disease and feels that the most powerful role a physician can play is as an educator and guide, empowering people to get healthy and stay healthy.

Sarah de la Torre

Dr. Sarah de la Torre is a board certified OBGYN and women’s wellness expert who has been in conventional OBGYN for 20 years and has specialized training in Functional Medicine. She was a partner in a private group practice for over 15 years where she excelled at caring for women of all ages. She has delivered over 3000 babies and helped countless women have successful pregnancies and improved their gynecologic health. Dr. de la Torre is on the Clinical Teaching Faculty at the University of Washington School of Medicine and has spoken internationally and is a published author of clinical and research articles in women’s health. She is a certified NAMS provider and a Fellow of ACOG. Dr. de la Torre is also a Femtech entrepreneur and thought leader who consults for health-related start-ups and female health device companies. Her singular driving goal to help women obtain optimal wellness has moved her in several different professional directions.

Lindsey Harper

Dr. Lyndsey Harper is an Associate Professor of Ob/Gyn for Texas A&M College of Medicine, a Fellow of The American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and a Fellow of the International Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health. Dr. Harper completed Ob/Gyn residency in 2011 at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, after which she was partner in a private practice until 2018. She now works as an ob/gyn hospitalist at Baylor. Additionally, Dr. Harper is the Founder and CEO of Rosy, an app and resource to connect women with decreased sexual desire with hope, community, and research-backed solutions.

Julie Bernier teaches women the art of self-care so that they feel their healthiest and happiest in their own unique bodies. This holistic approach to individualized wellness is rooted in the ancient Indian knowledge of ayurveda: a complete medical science and way of life which explains that our wellbeing blossoms when we align ourselves with nature. Julie is a registered Ayurvedic Practitioner and Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist with the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA) as well as a Certified Massage Therapist. She studied each of these modalities in the US and straight from the source in India.

Dr. Sraddha S. Prativadi is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology, integrative health and medicine, and holistic medicine. She is a master reiki practitioner and master hypnotherapist. She combines her knowledge of multiple forms of yoga, Ayurveda, spirituality and meditation that have been part of cultural home life and professional studies into her healing work and writing. She is particularly interested in the complex ways systems biology functions to impact women’s quality of life and their ability to reach their full potential. She has also incorporated transformational coaching and hypnotherapy into her practice to help her patients not only have success in medical treatments, but also create breakthroughs in the way they live life and see themselves.

She is an assistant professor at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Rochester, New York and founder of EliteMindPRO.com, a transformational coaching practice for high-level professionals, entrepreneurs and artists. She is currently focused on writing her seven-book series, Woman Up Books, with the first book, The New Vagina D.I.E.T. set to launch through Hay House this fall.

Dr. Vreeland earned her bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of California, San Diego. She completed her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University in Seattle, WA. Bastyr, renowned for its cutting-edge research programs, is globally recognized for its rigorous curriculum in science-based natural medicine. Dr. Vreeland pursued advanced clinical training with leading experts in dermatology, women’s health, environmental medicine, and allergies.
