Join us for this master class to explore the intricate relationship between hormonal imbalances, stress, and skin health. Dermatological conditions often stem from internal factors such as hormonal fluctuations and psychological stressors, in addition to external influences. Understanding the interconnectedness of hormones and stress with dermatological issues can lead to more effective treatment strategies and whole health care for patients. This interdisciplinary approach integrates knowledge from endocrinology, dermatology, psychology, and lifestyle medicine to provide comprehensive care for patients.

Learning Objectives:

  • Gain a deep understanding of the physiological mechanisms linking hormones, stress, and dermatological conditions.
  • Learn how to identify dermatological manifestations of hormonal imbalances and stress, such as acne, eczema, and alopecia.
  • Explore evidence-based interventions and treatment modalities that address both the hormonal and psychological aspects of skin health.
  • Acquire practical skills for incorporating lifestyle modifications, stress management techniques, and hormonal therapies into dermatological practice.
  • Develop a whole health approach to patient care that considers the interconnectedness of hormonal, psychological, and dermatological factors in treatment planning and management.
