Dr. Tracy A. Novosel is a board-certified dermatologist based in Wilmington, North Carolina. She earned her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2000 and completed her dermatology residency at the same institution from 2005 to 2008.

Dr. Novosel began her medical career as a flight surgeon in the U.S. Navy, embracing the adventures it provided. In addition to her medical practice, she is a certified life coach, focusing on helping physicians who feel stuck, disempowered, or overwhelmed to rediscover themselves and reclaim their true power. She is also affiliated with Better Together Physician Coaching, where she volunteers her time to make coaching accessible to clinicians nationwide. Also, a participant in the IDCP 2024-25 cohort.
