Emma Stacey is a fourth-year naturopathic medical student at Sonoran University. She graduated from Connecticut College with a degree in Public Health and Nutrition. Always having a passion for skin health, her interest in dermatology grew after completing dermatology rotations in both naturopathic and allopathic clinics. She follows the philosophy that skin conditions often reflect the patient’s internal health and she has a strong interest in combining Eastern and Western medicine to provide the best treatment option for the patient. Emma is currently a research assistant analyzing antioxidant levels in different botanicals, as well as president of the Student Government Association, and a tutor in biochemistry, immunology, and microbiology.
